Expert Knowledge Acquisition
Preserving corporate experience. Building knowledge that others can apply.
Stratenity acquires original, human-authored professional assets grounded in verifiable corporate experience from the past five decades.
We welcome experienced practitioners, executives, specialists, and retired professionals who have developed useful methods, frameworks, tools, and lessons through their work. Our purpose is to preserve that knowledge and make it accessible through the Stratenity Library.
Your contribution may reflect a recent assignment or decades of practice. We assess its substance, provenance, relevance, and practical value.
What We Acquire
We consider individual assets and defined collections across strategy, organizational design, and execution, including:
- Original frameworks, diagnostic tools, and assessment methods.
- Execution playbooks, operating procedures, and implementation guides.
- Decision tools, business-case methods, and governance resources.
- Professional templates with clear instructions and worked examples.
- Documented lessons, practice cases, and industry-specific approaches.
For professionals whose knowledge is largely undocumented, we can explore a structured capture engagement to develop original materials from their experience.
Verified Experience. Human-Authored Material.
Contributors must substantiate the professional experience relevant to their submission and explain how the material was developed and applied.
Our review considers professional history, creation dates, supporting records, original files, and discussion with the contributor. Historical material is assessed in its original context, with current applicability reviewed separately.
Submitted materials must be human-authored and contain no AI-generated or AI-incorporated content. Contributors must disclose their development process and confirm authorship.
You must own, or have documented authority to transfer, the rights offered. Employer-owned documents, confidential client information, and restricted third-party materials are not eligible without the necessary authorization.
Four Layers of Governance
- Layer 1
Initial human review
A human reviewer first examines the submission, verifies the contributor’s relevant experience, and assesses the material’s substance and practical application before any agentic review begins.
- Layer 2
Agentic provenance and consistency review
AI-assisted checks flag inconsistencies in the submission, supporting records, terminology, and authorship disclosures for investigation.
- Layer 3
Agentic evidence and application review
A second agentic review examines supporting evidence, reasoning, completeness, limitations, and practical relevance.
- Layer 4
Final human review
A human reviewer evaluates the material, investigates unresolved concerns, and determines whether it meets the acquisition and publication standards.
AI supports these checks. Authorship, ownership, and acceptance decisions depend on documentary evidence and human judgment.
Exclusive Acquisition by Stratenity
Accepted acquisitions are completed through a signed agreement transferring to Stratenity Inc. full ownership of all transferable intellectual property rights in the specifically identified acquired materials, subject to applicable law.
The agreement defines Stratenity’s rights to edit, adapt, publish, distribute, commercialize, and integrate those materials into its Library and related products, including governed AI-supported applications.
Following completion, the seller may not independently sell, license, or republish the acquired materials except where expressly permitted in writing. Contributors retain their general professional skills, experience, and materials outside the acquisition.
Compensation and Selection
Indicative acquisition consideration ranges from $1,000 to $4,000 for selected individual assets or small, defined packages. Larger collections and specialist acquisitions are evaluated individually.
Offers reflect originality, usefulness, evidence, completeness, rights availability, and the development required. Final scope, compensation, attribution, and transfer terms are agreed privately before acquisition. Submission does not guarantee an offer.
We review opportunities weekly. Acquired materials enter the Library’s development and governance process, with publication dependent on final approval.
