Library Governance
Human expertise at the foundation. AI-supported development. Human approval before publication.
Stratenity Library begins with human knowledge and professional experience. Our assets draw on practical expertise, established methods, and lessons from work across strategy, organizational design, and execution.
We integrate AI into this foundation to help structure knowledge, develop supporting material, challenge assumptions, and improve usability. Human expertise establishes the substance; AI supports its development and review; a human reviewer makes the final publication decision.
Our Four-Layer Governance Model
Every Library asset follows a standard operating model: an initial human review, two agentic review layers, and a final human review.
- Layer 1
Initial Human Review
Every asset begins with a human reviewer. The reviewer verifies the source knowledge and professional experience behind the asset and assesses how it applies in practice: the business problem it addresses, the people who will use it, and the decisions it supports.
Only material that passes this review moves forward to the agentic layers.
- Layer 2
Agentic Structure and Consistency Review
The first agentic review examines how the asset translates its source knowledge into a usable resource. It checks the clarity of the business problem, completeness of the structure, consistency of terminology, and alignment between guidance, frameworks, examples, and intended outputs.
This layer flags missing steps, contradictions, unclear instructions, and gaps that could prevent a user from applying the asset effectively.
- Layer 3
Agentic Evidence and Application Review
The second agentic review challenges the asset’s reasoning and practical relevance. It examines the support for factual claims, identifies unsupported assertions, and checks whether assumptions, illustrative examples, and evidence are clearly distinguished.
It also considers whether recommendations fit the stated context, whether limitations are visible, and whether the asset provides a coherent path from understanding a problem to taking action. Questions and unresolved concerns move forward for human judgment.
- Layer 4
Final Human Review and Approval
A human reviewer evaluates the asset using professional judgment and relevant experience. This review considers substantive accuracy, practical usefulness, clarity, appropriate scope, and the issues raised by the two agentic layers.
The reviewer determines whether the asset is ready for publication, requires revision, or should be held for further development. Final approval and accountability remain with a person.
Weekly Expertise, Weekly Publication
We acquire and incorporate human expertise each week, bringing additional experience, practical perspectives, and lessons into the Library’s development process.
We also publish assets weekly. New resources and substantive updates follow the same governance process, with publication dependent on completion of review and human approval. Our weekly cadence supports continuous development while preserving the review standard.
What This Means for Members
The Library gives members a reviewed foundation for research, diagnosis, design, and execution. Frameworks, playbooks, assessments, and worked examples provide substantive starting points for their work.
Velora’s role within this model is to help members explore and adapt that knowledge to their questions and organizational context. AI-assisted outputs still require judgment appropriate to their intended use.
Our operating principle is consistent throughout: start with human expertise, strengthen it through structured AI review, and retain human accountability for what we publish.
