By accessing or using Stratenity websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

We may improve, modify, or discontinue features from time to time. We’ll aim to provide reasonable notice for material changes that negatively impact you. Certain capabilities may be subject to separate terms or service levels.
3) Accounts & Eligibility
Where accounts are used, you are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services for commercial purposes.
4) Acceptable Use
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content or activity.
- No attempts to reverse engineer, interfere with, or overload the Services.
- No misuse of payment flows or attempts to bypass rate limits or access controls.
- Respect third‑party rights, including privacy and intellectual property.
5) AI Output & Use‑Case Limits
Our Services may generate AI‑assisted content. Outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed by qualified professionals. The Services do not provide legal, medical, accounting, or investment advice. You are responsible for verifying facts and complying with applicable laws, policies, and contractual obligations.
6) Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non‑exclusive license to host, process, and display such content solely to provide and improve the Services. You represent that you have necessary rights to the content you share.
7) Confidentiality
Non‑public materials you share for consulting or collaboration are treated as confidential and used only to provide the Services to you, subject to standard exceptions (e.g., information becomes public through no fault of ours; independently developed; law‑enforcement requests).

8) Security

9) Fees & Payments
Paid features are billed as disclosed at purchase. Charges may be handled by a payment processor. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to resolve disputes in good faith.
10) Intellectual Property & License
We own the Services, including software, designs, and trademarks. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non‑transferable license to use the Services for your internal business purposes.
11) Third‑Party Services
The Services may integrate with third‑party tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of those tools. We are not responsible for third‑party services we do not control.
12) Beta & Experimental Features
Certain capabilities may be identified as beta. They are provided “as is” and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn without notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement, and make no guarantees regarding accuracy, availability, or results.
14) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) amounts paid by you in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) USD $100.
15) Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stratenity and its affiliates from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
16) Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, pose security risks, or cause harm. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, but certain provisions survive.
17) Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of your primary contracting entity’s jurisdiction (to be specified in your order form or account region), excluding conflict‑of‑laws principles. Venue and jurisdiction will be in those courts, unless otherwise required by law.
18) Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services or legal requirements. If updates are material, we will provide notice by posting the revised Terms and updating the “Last Updated” date above.
