Independent implementation oversight: Readiness and capability assessment

How to use it

How to use this diagnostic

First confirm that the contract defines testable acceptance criteria and that your assessors are independent. Then baseline the criteria, agree the evidence rules with the vendor and calibrate your assessors on the shared case. At each milestone, score independently, reconcile the differences, apply the gate rules and take the recommendation and gap register to the acceptance board. Track remediation until the next assessment.
