How to use it

How to use this pack

Start by confirming the conditions for use, especially oversight independence and access to underlying artefacts. Gather the contract, scope, milestone evidence and logs listed in the inputs table. Then agree your own thresholds and weights with the steering committee before the first milestone. For each milestone, run the assumption challenge, score the evidence and issue the verdict with owned conditions. Revisit the oversight business case at the planned review points as assumptions are tested.
