A diagnostic for testing whether each product's economics, usage, dependencies and obligations are evidenced well enough to support a grow, change or retire decision. It turns weak evidence into a gap list with named owners.
The 13 sections
The thirteen sections start with the decision frame and applicability checks. They then set out an inputs table, an evidence hierarchy, written-out formulas, scoring anchors and ordered signal rules. Later sections cover options for how deep to take the diagnostic, a recommended design with roles and gates, an execution plan, a risk register and KPI definitions. A synthetic worked example includes an allocation sensitivity test and a failure case. The copyable tools are a diagnostic questionnaire, an evidence inventory, a baseline worksheet, an evidence clinic log and a review record.
